This interface was used to browse through all the basic search pages. (in the MS's project development competition, again !!)

I'm not a professional artist just a hobby artist.
Before I started working on the project I didn't knew anything about Flash except that it could be used to draw some nifty vector images. By the end, ma'an did I learn a bucketful of Actionscripting (from the ocean it is)

I know what is your problem, and I think I have a solution to it.

First, create/import your graphic that will represent your button. Than, hit F8 and convert it to button. Than, double-click on the "Button" symbol in the library. Add keyframes to all 4 states. Then, select the Over state and hit F8 and convert it to a movie clip.

Then inside your movie clip you make the animation and the buttons on the drop down menu.

Thanks :) It works.
But I needed a dop-down "list" not just a single button. By your way, on "over", the drop-down animation will play for that particular button. But the hotspot (menu's name) must be common so that the drop-down animation works for all the items(buttons) in the menu. Any tips?

You should have put the drop down menu onRollover, not onPress. It's more easier to navigate.

This is exactly where the problem was, I wanted it to be on rollover too.

The "aeroplane details" like things were supposed to be like buttons inested in the movie. But When I nested the buttons in the movie, only the movie showed, not the button's content. If you want I may send you the .FLA file with what I wanted to do. :)
